  Frequent wait for cold fries meals missing toys and wrong drinks are all normal with this Mac Donalds and some staff are super rude..long waits also no compensatory offerings are made when a customer is inconvenienced..also I was just served a large Fry from them that doesn't equal a medium!! And they have run out of toys repeatedly and never make up for it!!! boooooooooii!

  So I work at this McDonalds. We are well aware that the service isn't the fastest but considering the size and the amount of people we can have on staff working compared to the amount of people we have in timely sprints. We get crammed!!!! As busy as we get we remember which customers haven't been served and we try to go our fastest and give you the best experience possible within our power.

  ALWAYS a wait going through the drive thru. Made to wait with four other cars for someone to run your food out. Never stocked on common supplies . Out of cups. Out of lids. Out of milk. Someone is managing this poorly

  Total mayhem on server side. Clearing customers already served from queue seems pretty basic but they weren't doing that. Complete confusion. My coffee was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes with my food in a bag under a lamp but still getting cold. No idea how long I would have waited if I didn't demand attention. They were just ignoring people on the customer side. Unbelievable.
