  Produce goes rotten in very short order. Mislabled products claiming product of ontario when it probably comes from ontario food terinal.Told staff about this about peaches and apples when they were not in the growing cycle yet. when I worked for A&P, you would be fired for this. Produce does not get rotated as properly. In my opinion , Metro is delinquent in their duty to provide quality fresh produce.

  It's clean and the produce looks good. A bit expensive for a small-town grocery. Cashiers could be more cheerful, but when you work for minimum wage in retail, it's hard to maintain a smile very long.

  Friendly staff that remember your face which always makes a daunting task at times seem less so. Never had any issues with customer service and of course you get the odd time with products being sold out and minor products not offered. Nothing out of the ordinary. Produce is decent especially with no farmers market during the cold season.
